Nurturing You Through the Fourth Trimester (In-home and Virtual Postpartum Doula Support)
Whether we meet in your home or online, my goal is to help you feel supported, prepared, and more at ease as you move through the early postpartum weeks.
Both in-home and virtual support include:
- One on one guidance to help you plan for postpartum, so you feel more confident and less overwhelmed as you adjust to life with your baby.
- A personalized plan focused on your physical and emotional well-being, created together using my Postpartum Planning Guide.
- Expert support in getting your home ready for your baby's arrival, making sure your space feels calm, organized, and set up for rest, no matter where you're located.
My intention is to help you move into this new chapter feeling cared for, understood, and supported.
My Postpartum Support is now covered by
Daytime Postpartum Support: starting at $1,980
(minimum 4 hour shift per visit)
Overnight Postpartum Support: starting at $3,740
(8 hour shift per visit, from 10:00pm - 6:00am)
Payment Terms:
50% non-refundable retainer fee due upon signing contract.
Remaining balance must be settled prior to the first day of support.
Service Area & Travel
For families living more than 45 minutes away, I offer daytime postpartum support only, to avoid the risks of long-distance driving at night or while sleep-deprived.
*A travel fee of $50 will be applied each week if the commute to the client's residence is more than 30 minutes away.
Virtual Postpartum Support:
Four 60 Minute Virtual Postpartum sessions: $425
Six 60 Minute Virtual Postpartum Sessions: $525
*Whereas I'm not certified to give any medical advice, medical care, or speak for my client in regards to medical matters, I can provide evidence based information, resources and support that leads to a comprehensive understanding of what is happening at the moment.
All medical questions must be discussed with your physician.
Baby Gift Registry Guidance
Registry Audit Session (Virtual): $75
- Receive valuable registry feedback to enhance your baby registry.
- Send me your registry, and I'll provide personalized suggestions on missing items, unnecessary ones, and tips to improve it.
60 Minute Registry Consultation (Virtual): $150
- One-on-one goal setting session
- Review registry options: Which registry should you choose, and understanding the difference of each.
- Create your registry that aligns with your needs, and ensures you’ll actually need the items.
- Baby needs vs. Your needs vs. Family needs
- Baby registry etiquette
- Customize registry recommendations will be given based on goals.
Looking for a different way to cover the cost? You can add Along Came a Doula to your registry and invite your loved ones to contribute toward your support.

How many hours do most families book?
Some families need short-term support for a week or two. Others book extended care for several weeks or even months. I customize every plan.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Yes, we’ll have a simple agreement in place so we’re both clear about what to expect. It protects your time and mine, and ensures you get the care you need.
Do you offer overnight support for families farther from your home base?
For families living an hour or more away, I offer daytime postpartum support only to avoid the risks of long-distance driving at night or while sleep-deprived.
